QUICK PLATES is independently owned
and operated by Kelly Hayes.
I have been in the car business since 1984.
I've worked at a number of auctions in the Southern
California Area , wholesale and retail. I have been in
business for myself since 1996.
My many years of experience have enabled me to
obtain a thorough knowledge of the policies and
procedures within the automotive and auction
industry, as well the rules and regulations of the
DMV.
